Steven Lacy is a serial entrepreneur, biomedical engineer, and systems-level inventor known for building “impossible” tech early—before it becomes standard. A Stanford EE dropout before it was trendy, he spent three decades in Silicon Valley architecting frontier systems across biotech, semiconductor physics, and computational imaging, from early 3D DNA-printing platforms to white-phosphor illumination deployed worldwide.
He applies that same mindset to markets. After years building high-precision signal-processing pipelines, Steven saw a core problem in trading: everyone stares at the same price charts, while sophisticated firms operate in the frequency domain. So he built what didn’t exist—a real-time spectral analysis engine for the market.

Doug Johnson

Doug Johnson began writing software at age four and started contract work before he was a teenager. In the intervening 40 years, he’s built high-performance systems used across logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial automation, retail, and telecom. His work includes enterprise platforms rolled out to thousands of locations and commercial software widely adopted by major corporations and government agencies. Known for writing exceptionally efficient code—often orders of magnitude faster than typical solutions—Doug builds systems designed for long-term reliability with minimal support overhead.
In addition to consulting, he’s developed and sold software through retail channels and supported it directly. He also works as a live video producer, managing multi-camera productions for conventions, corporate events, and livestreams—often involving LED walls, live streaming, and complex AV workflows. His popular YouTube channel shares lessons drawn from that hands-on experience, blending deep technical knowledge with practical insight.
