Spectral Trading applies signal processing techniques from physics and engineering to financial markets. Instead of looking at price charts in the traditional way, we analyze market data in the frequency domain using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) - the same math used in audio processing, radar, and medical imaging. This reveals cyclical patterns, phase relationships, and rhythms that traditional technical analysis cannot display.
Phase tells you WHERE an asset is within its cycle. Two stocks might both be "going up," but one could be early in its move while another is late. Phase analysis reveals timing relationships - which assets are leading, which are lagging, and which are moving in sync. It's the difference between knowing something moved and understanding its position within a larger rhythm.
You might own 50 different stocks thinking you're diversified. But if they all move together, you really have one big bet. Our Portfolio Phase Clustering analyzes the phase relationships between all your positions and groups them by how they actually behave - not by sector labels or what you assume.
